Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a workout that strengthens the body for everyday movements through exercises like squats and burpees. The training combines strength, endurance, and mobility and is suitable for all levels. At our gym, you’ll start with a fundamentals course to learn the techniques and basics, led by our certified coaches Sanna Matintupa and Erika Storfors. Note: To participate in Functional Fitness at Verkstadsgymmet, you must first complete a fundamentals course in Functional Fitness.

Power & Strength

Power & Strength is a training program focused on building strength, explosiveness, and muscular endurance. Using free weights, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity lifts, you’ll effectively challenge your body. Boxercise
