Would you like to start training again after pregnancy and childbirth, but you're not quite sure where to begin? Would you like to meet other moms and babies during the day? Then Baby-Mama WOD is for you!
We meet every Wednesday starting from April 2nd, with a focus on rebuilding and strengthening the body after it has gone through major changes. Babies (0–1 year) are welcome to join – they can either be along for company or even be used as extra weight during the workout. We kindly ask that you’ve had your postpartum check-up before joining the class.
